I’m sorry to say that there isn’t an easy way to do this.  You’ve just got to be a man and do it.  It may seem a bit frightening at first, especially if you don’t have a whole lot of experience with women, but after you do things a few times, your confidence will increase and you’ll be able to do things more naturally.
